Photo taken while I was on call earlier this evening. Its nice to be back in Ndanda after brief break in Morogoro.
Yesterday had two c-sections (first a repeat, term with CPD, second an emergent c-section due to cord prolapse). Today had two gyn cases, a ruptured ectopic followed by exploratory laparotomy, RSO for large pelvic mass.

Welcome back to Ndanda! Great pictures. I have a webcam now, but it's not set up yet. I'll try to get it up and running this weekend so we can Skype! Take care.
